I have my 2013 Ford Explorer sport twin turbos in for service and the guys noticed my water pump was starting to show signs of a leaking and they replaced it and the turbos were going bad and they replaced them all is well thanks AutoNation Lincoln of Clearwater great job .

My 12 year old Lincoln MKZ Hybrid experienced brake failure and was towed to Auto Nation in Clearwater, FL. When they initially looked it over, the brakes worked perfectly. (WHAT ??) The Customer Care Consultant Ed Aimberg assured me that he and his mechanics could and would find the problem. A few days later Ed called and said they were able to recreate and diagnose the problem; but with the car being 12 years old, he was worried about finding the culprit part. Fortunately for me, with some effort and luck he was able to locate the part and have it shipped to AutoNation. My car was repaired quickly and back on the road as good as new. Thank you Ed and crew for persisting in diagnosing the problem and finding a part for an oldie but goodie MKZ. You are my hero of the day!

Bought three cars from them in two years. Traded in one of them on February 9, 2023 to another dealer. Bought the Tire and Wheel protection package. Called them to get a refund the next week. They told me what paperwork to give them. I had to wait to get the Lien Release along with the Bill of Sale. I got those documents on 3/14/23. I sent them to Bill Whitcomb who promised to process the refund. I followed up on 4/26/23 to get the status. I called Yordon (who replaced Bill) he promised he would get back to me the following day. I called the next day, and the next and the next, no one returned my calls. Finally I got in touch with the General Manager Felix on 5/2/23. He said he would look into it. Another person by the name of Alex called me today 5/3/23 saying he would also look into it. Finally, another person by the name of Jeremy Sutton gave me the info that THEY NEVER PROCESSED THE REFUND. THEY OWE ME OVER $1000. Not only that the paperwork they gave me to sign again was totally incorrect. Now I have to wait another month for my refund at the very least.

I went to start my Corsair one morning and there was a warning on my Nav screen that systems had shut down due to low battery. I didn?t pay much attention, the car started and off I went? no more problems until two weeks later and the same thing happened. I was leaving for a long trip and really worried about the car and drove to the service dept and asked if they could help me Jacob was amazing. He could see the concern I had about starting off on a trip and told me to leave the car and they would check it out. He put me in a loaner and sent me on my way. Several hours later he sent me a text and said my car was ready. I couldn?t believe it AND it was all covered under warranty. Buying a car from Lincoln Autonation in Clearwater from Tim was the best decision we could have made!

We are visiting from Atlanta and had a warning light come on indicating a powertrain issue. We were advised to not drive the vehicle and to have it towed. Auto Nation and Lincoln roadside assist made the experience seamless and very expedient. Our service rep Victor Bobo was extremely helpful as were the service technicians. They knew we were on a limited time issue. I highly recommend AutoNation Lincoln for their service. And highly recommend Lincolns' extended warranty product.

Took my Lincoln in and Victor was my service advisor. Took a while for the service to be done. which I never waited before so not sure how long it would be. Every one was nice one woman believe her name was Kim greeted me and I asked about a letter I received regarding extended warranty. She said great and took me back inside to see advisor who was on the phone . She apologized and said she would let him know I was waiting. I looked at him and went into the lounge as directed. He never approached me and I passed his office a few times he was moving paper files from one spot to another in his office was between both customer lounges.I saw he looked at me each time . Looked to me as he did not want to ask or say anything. Did not seem like good customer service..

Because of the superb, no pressure customer service I record from my sales person Tracy, the gentleman who helped me finance my car for a short time, my service advisor Jacob Palmerton (who keeps me calm when I'm stressed)when either of our Lincoln's are in for routine maintenance, etc. I choose Autonation Lincoln Clearwater. I consistently feel "taken care of". When it is time to add to our Lincoln's or possibly trade in to upgrade? It won't be anywhere but Autonation Lincoln Clearwater!!

I took my car in for the usual 6 month oil change. I am always happy they do a check on the whole car in addition to doing the oil change. Usually they do not find anything else that needs to be done, but this time they found that my brakes were close to having to be replaced. Brakes are pretty important so I had them do the extra work. I am happy they let me know of potential problems so I am not stuck on the road. I always take my car to Lincoln and would not take it anywhere else. The mechanics there are the best.

I purchased my Kia at Lincoln AutoNation about a year and half ago. I prepaid for 6 oil changes at that time. The last visit which was about two weeks ago. I understand they are short staffed, but shouldn’t have taken almost 8 hours for oil change and inspection. When I called to check status, rep told me somehow my car slipped through and was forgot about. Then tried to charge me $96. I told him, I had prepaid and he corrected it and offered to send my receipt and itemized quote via email bc I already been waiting for 8 hours. I have yet to receive quote. He wrote down on business card front brakes $389 and rear brakes $389. I am highly dissatisfied as this is NOT the first time. I am very busy and my time is valuable.

Buy a preowned car 2015 mkc 2 0 cash and recive only one electronic key,there insert was precious owner only returned one car key, I am sur there charge him for the key lost, finance guy was a joke very aggressive and pistoff because he could sold any extra insurance etc.. he could not figure out how to post a check or credit cart to close the deal say none are gone true the system, have to go to the bank and get $17000.00money order and he deside to have someone else to close the deal after hi come back with the money spend 5 hours just to buy a car cash . They are good about keeping you informed when the repair team is working on your vehicle and giving you updates when parts that ordered came in and an estimate time when you get vehicle. Although I did not get a loaner car they did ask me if I needed one as well. Good service here

Great buying experience. I bought a used 2015 MKZ, the car was ready for test drive when I arrived, complete walk through of the vehicle, no sales pressure to buy. Well, it has been 7+ weeks and I still do not have any paperwork as to the auto loan, the exact amount of monthly payments, where to send the payments to, no title, no extended warranty paperwork, originally told Lincoln was financing it as they could beat my Credit Union rate, I'm getting rejection letters from Credit Union, Lincoln, and some bank, and I have a 821 credit rating. Called the General Manger three times, all I get is the voice mail, never heard from him/her. The original sales and the salesman were great. And right now, he is the only one that responds directly. Plus, the day of the sale, we agreed upon an "Out the Door" price on the MKZ. After waiting 2 hours for the "paperwork", the loan amount was almost $5000 more than the agreed upon price. When asked, I was shown additional fees for tire, exterior, interior damage coverage and a 6 year extended warranty! At no time was I ever asked, or consolidated about these items. They were just added in with a pile of paperwork that needed to be signed. As an afterthought, I did agree to an extended warranty, which I still have not seen the fine print.

Don’t expect your experience buying a vehicle here to be quick. It takes forever (like more than 2 hours) after agreeing on a deal to even get into their finance office. You will just be waiting a long time so bring something to do!! Expect to spend 3-4 hours, maybe more.

I bought a used 2016 MKX. The rear hatch would not stay up. I took it in for Service. The cylinder to repair it was $198.00 at the parts counter. My service bill was $840.00 . The Parts charge on my bill was $495.00 I argued with Service And they lowered it by 10%. Service charges per hour is $225 per hour.

Very comfortable customer waiting area. I had to replace the air and cabin filters. My assigned repair rep brought the old one to show just how dirty it (cabin filter) was. I was greeted by anyone who walked thru the waiting area. Although my car was not really dirty, it was washed, as is the practice.

Thank you Lincoln! I bought a used Hyundai Tucson from here a few weeks ago and am STILL impressed! Daniella (yes, with an A at the end) was AWESOME! Genuine, smart, honest and down to earth. Not enough room to say all the great things about her! Jarvis is financing was great too, Knowledgeable and informative, but not pushy or over bearing. And big shout out to the GM and service team, especially Jacob and Victor. After about a week, some warning lights came on. I contacted Daniella and she coordinated with the service department to set up an appointment that would work with my schedule. I was concerned because I had a limited warranty even though it only been a short time but the service department assured me they would take care of me and did just that! Jacob was in touch with several people including the GM to make sure I could still get to work while they took care of my car and Victor was in touch with me every day with updates. They took care of the issues and I am so glad I chose them because of their great reviews versus the dealership with the other used car I was looking at. Buying a used car is always scary but sometimes that's all the budget affords and I'm very grateful to have a dealership like AutoNation Lincoln Clearwater to count on! No issues. Easy to work with salesman and finance folks. Answered my questions and took time to get everything done right the first time. Robert Grissom was my salesperson and he was good to work with. Jarvis Thompson I’m finance was also good to work with. Took a bit longer to get it all done than some previous deals with other dealerships, but that isn’t always a bad thing. They have followed up several times to make sure everything is going well. That is always welcome after a sale. I would use them again if I found another vehicle that I was interested in at the dealership.

As a Lincoln owner I have been impressed with the staff of the Clearwater service department. Ed Almberg keeps me updated and the admin staff is responsive and supportive. I was surprised to find the Lincoln Rewards program can help offset repair costs and had almost $300 taken off my recent bill. If you’re looking for a nice atmosphere to the lounge with free WiFi and food and drinks was a nice place to settle after a car drop off. I also like that they clean my car afterwards and make it shiny and new looking.

Bought from pre-owned inventory and Jason helped me and my mom find my first car. Process was long but smooth until the ending however, but also understandable as some things are out of our control. Financial process was a bit shady though. When we saw the car, we were told the car was autonation certified and would receive 90 days of warranty. When it came to payment and signing, we were told the car was “As-is” and only has a 5-day warranty so it would be beneficial to buy a warranty of $2k to help cover anything… We were also charged $639 for the exterior warranty package for lovebug damage or dings, despite us explicitly saying we didn’t want the interior OR exterior packages before we even looked at the car. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and the car was washed and gassed up by Jason before we left. CJ helped us drive it home and I appreciated that also. Manager was friendly and always offered food or water/coffee.

Service manager was very professional and work was completed to my full satisfaction. Was advised that work might not be completed on Feb 7, but was surprised that vehicle not looked at until Feb 9 and not completed until Feb 10.

Instead of having to leave my car he arranged to have a repair completed while I waited, which I appreciated. Mr Brown made sure that I was completely satisfied before I left. Great service!

Jacob did a great job with Lincoln by getting them to agree with replacing the battery. The vehicle was losing battery storage daily. Many of the automatic features were being disabled to preserve the battery.

I have been going to autonation lincoln for service for 15 years and the last two times were so awful I won't be back. This last time I pulled up they told the advisor I was there he sat looking at his computer for over 5 minutes while I stood by my car twiddling my fingers. Then he kept chastizing me for not wanting new windshield wipers. Then after I wasted 20 minutes with him trying to check me in he tells me I have to find the lock for my wheels or he can't rotate my tires. My car has been there for 3 years for almost every oil change not once has anyone asked me where it is - probably where your tech put it after the last tire rotation or does that mean you never rotated my tires though I paid for it. He refused to be of any assistance so I drove off without service.

Appointment was at 8:30, I was there early. It was not completed until 11:30. Also they put an additive in the oil for performance. I think that cost approximately $50, I did not want that.

Lincoln MKZ Hybrid , 38.4 mpg lifetime 79,000 with minimal maintenance, only tires, filters, wiper blades, battery. Needs oil change every 15-20,000 miles because many miles are electric and gas engine not used, have not changed brake pads yet. Love our Nautilus SUV also. Good service advisor, pleasure doing business with the sales as well. Look forward to our next Lincoln when we trade in the MKZ this year.

The Lincoln Autonation Service Center in Clearwater, FL is phenomenal. Jacob Palmerton and George, head of the service area, are outstanding professionals. They listen to my concerns, investigate the problems and promptly rectify them. Without reservation, I know my vehicle is in good hands and delivered back to me in tip-too shape. I have lived throughout the United States and have worked with numerous competitor service departments. None can hold a candle to this Lincoln Autonation Service Department. The long trip from St petersburg to Clearwater is well worth the trip. Moreover, having an Enterprise rental cars right in the service center makes it so easy to rent a vehicle and not waste a day sitting in the waiting room at the service center if a long repair is necessary. But if you do decide to “sit it out,” the waiting area is stocked with all kinds of snacks and drinks. My only criticism is that they need to get new seating that isn’t so low to the ground. It makes it difficult for senior citizens to get up and out of them. Unbelievably uncomfortable!

Just dealt with Autonation again 2/7/2023 on my wife's Lincoln. Once again these people are great!!! We dealt with Ed Almberg. He is very easy to deal with made sure everything was right for us including the valet service bringing her car back. Thank you Autonation!!! My wife's Lincoln Nautilus broke down and wouldn't start, (luckily in our garage) in New Port Richey, FL. Lincoln road side assistance came and towed it to AutoNation Lincoln in Clearwater. The service writer Celso Millan could not have been any more accommodating. He gave us a new Lincoln Navigator to drive while they fixed her car. All under warranty. The fix was challenging as it ended up being two communication boards. It took a couple of days to get the parts but Celso kept calling me to keep me updated. They noticed the car was a bit out of line and aligned it. When I got the car back today it was sparkling clean as if it had just been detailed. I want to thank AutoNation of Clearwater and especially Celso!!!

I had a service appointment for 7 am to do maintenance on my 2020 Aviator. Brought ot in and was told it would take 4 hrs so they gave me a loaner for the day, which was great. It got to be around 3 pm and I hadn't heard from them. Called a couple of times and all I could do was leave a message for my service advisor. Since the dealership is a 30 min drive from my house, I decided to just head down there since I was told the enterprise car office closes at 5. Got there around 4:15 and was told the car wasn't ready yet but should be done within an hour. I waited in the lounge for almost 2 hrs and finally went out and said I wanted the car now, even if they haven't finished everything. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes as they were doing a software update. Finally got the car back even though some of the maintenance items items were not done. They had the car for almost 11 hours and couldn't complete the 60k maintenance.i was the first car in there in the morning and the last car out at night and they still couldn't do everything they said should be done. Will look for a new service department for future work.only gave 3 stars because at least they gave me a loaner so i didn't have to wait there 11 hrs.

After a rocky start where the service scheduling people did not return calls from two voicemails, I called a third time and asked to speak to the manager of the service department. George returned my call and collected the details of my experience and my work order. He did a great job of communicating and following up with me, instead of delegating that to one of his employees. The work got done promptly. There was one small, but irritating final experience when I got the car back and the default seating had been changed, the heat was turned on along with the steering wheel. And seat heater. If it wasn’t for the front end and tail end issues I would have rated the recovery George delivered as a 5. I had my car serviced again at Autonation and experienced a 5 star job.

Arrived quite early and was graciously helped; even though I had another advisor to see later in the day. Reviewed my requested service and noted a recall service would also be done and noted normal service work that should be done at milage number. Couldnt be more helpful. I Bought a used Toyota tacoma that was just traded in. The vehicle needed some tlc as it had not gone through service. Jim the salesman was super nice as well as the managers. Our car buying experience at AutoNation Lincoln was one of the best we've ever had - but that is not the reason for this review. Saturday we ran over some road debris on the expressway going 70mph that resulted in our tire going flat. Really flat, really quickly. We were in a panic, but we called service at AutoNation Lincoln in Clearwater FL. Yes on a Saturday. Friendly and personable Valerie answered (I hope I got that right) and said let me get you some help right away. Ed picked up the call, we told him we had a ruined tire but had managed to get the spare on so we weren't stranded. He said "Give me a second". He came back a few minutes later and said "You have the tire insurance, I have the tire - come in now I'll be expecting you." We went directly to the dealership, got the new tire, and were on our way in about an hour without any hassle or paying a penny. On a Saturday. The entire service team is first rate, Ed, Jacob, and the service manager George give you that confidence and makes it all worth while.

We worked with James Billow, we had initially came in to get a specific vehicle but when the financing for it wasn’t where we needed to be Jim and the staff there went online searching their extensive inventory because they have multiple locations. They found us multiple options and managed to get us into an extremely nice vehicle without our budget! It was a stress free experience with my car picked up, a loaner left for my use and returned the next morning. I had one small problem when I tried to pay my bill online. I filled in all the information and then pressed “PAY NOW”. A blue box popped up that said “pickup not set”. It was and the last time I tried the car was already home. Called you to give you my credit card # over the phone.

Service department. I called Autoway Lincoln to have my vehicle serviced and was told there was a 3 week wait to make an appointment. I understood and placed my appointment accordingly, upon arrival I was informed that my vehicle would not be looked at for another 6 days due to only having one technician that was trained to service my vehicle. I explained the situation and what the issue was and was not told this would be the outcome up front they knew why I was coming in. My frustration begins with the service department not being clear over the phone when they were informed about my situation. Better communication to the customer up front would avoid this type of situation. The customer is the one affected by the lack of training and staff available. I would not recommend this dealership.

Had a 7:30 AM appointment. Rented a car and dropped my car off at 5:pm the previous afternoon so they would have it when they opened. I returned with the rental at 5:00 pm the day of the appointment, only to find that my car hadn't even been looked at. Total waste of a day and I'm out the rental car fee. They didn't seem to care and told me that there were 6 or 7 others that they hadn't gotten to. I just took my car and don't plan to return to this dealer.

Went to get new back window wiper that was stolen. Ed my service person measured the problem ordered the part and called me when it came told me just to stop by after work and it would be fixed. When I took the car in he said would you like your car washed. When I got the car back it was fixed and washed and cleaned inside and out. Great service. The people at the dealership were incredible !!! I had the misfortune of losing my owners manual and I got a call from Jeremy Sutton that they would replace the manual at no charge. I also lost my registration at the same time and they were also able to send me a copy of that also. Chris McDonald was my sales person and he spear headed all of this communication. I also found out after we brought the car home that we didn't have a remote garage door opener, after making them aware of that, Bob Geiger the General Mgr agreed to install it at no charge which is happening today 11/18/22.. I could go on and on about the experience that I had but it's sufficed to say that it was all good !!!

From the moment that I brought my Lincoln in to the service department, I was treated in the very nicest way possible. The staff was a little short that day, but the manager of the service department jumped right in to help me, even though he was already busy doing other things. He was so nice that I felt almost guilty taking all his time for me to explain what the problem was with my car and he kept saying don’t worry about it. I’m here to please you. Reminded me that he really appreciated the customers that this dealer has. He was extremely competent and courteous in every possible way. He could not have been nicer and did everything possible to help me complete my visit. In addition the donuts, coffee and other refreshments were terrific. The general manager happened to see me while I was there and he took the trouble to come say hello and ask me if everything was OK which it certainly was. A loaner car was clean and ready for me to take as soon as I was ready for it. He kept me informed during the day and explained exactly what was being done. He personally called me when my car was ready which was ahead of schedule. It was a totally pleasant experience which certainly will keep me as a loyal customer of Auto Nation Lincoln and any other brand of vehicle they sell should I need that.

They are closer than the other service I’ve been using so thought I’d give them a try. Went in for a simple oil changes but got returned with more issues. Wasn’t happy with the communication compared to the other dealer. Maybe it was a bad two and half days for them.

This is the Lincoln AutoNation where I purchased my vehicle many years ago. I moved out of town five years ago, but I was back in town for a festival and had car trouble. I’ve been coming here for years. always been the same price and always very straightforward about time. This time my technician was a transfer employee, his name is Donald. Told me an hour and a half for an oil change. we discussed all i was going to do was an oil change today and that we would discuss anything else after. He decided to rotate my tires and do an alignment without my permission. i was there for 4 hours. after nicely asking at hour 3 what was going on he told me they were pulling it around now. i waited another hour and the second time i asked was not as nice and i told him that it was ridiculous that i been there that long to which his answer was that they had limited technicians working so i asked why that wasn’t said to me from the start since i’d be more understanding. he completely avoided my question and told me that my paperwork would be given to the girl at the desk. i finally get my car 10 minutes later and when i see the receipt there are additional charges for the alignment that i had not agreed to and he ran away to the back so i couldn’t even confront him about it. i paid and left because this was the most infuriating experience i’ve ever had to deal with at this location. I will not be coming back ever. I hope in the future he has corrected his actions in that customer will not be furious about a repair that was upfront. Under promise over deliver. Absolutely ridiculous.

I bought another vehicle in July 2022 and Lincoln have issued 2 temp tags yet I haven’t received my permanent plate to date. I’ve contacted salesman and title office throughout with no avail. I’ve contacted GM and Autonation cooperate office and still no tag. Bought 2 cars from them since but will never buy from them again. Overall, I really like the AutoNation Lincoln Dealership. Their staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The dealership is clean and waiting room is pleasant. However, the wait time for service can be excessive. I made an appointment for a multu-point inspection and oil change. Even with an appointment, I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for this service to be completed. That seems a bit excessive to me.

I bought my 2022 Aviator just a few months ago here and the experience was pretty seamless. I’ve got no complaints at all. I noticed a few weeks ago a ticking noise coming from the overhead console and while we were on a trip, a little too much weight was put on one of the armrest I’m the second row and we broke it. I called Service and they scheduled me right away. Within a couple days they sent a driver to me, picked up my car gave me another Lincoln on loan. Service communicated with me every day about the status of the repairs and when it was done they brought it back to me and had even cleaned it. Everything was covered under warranty without any question and the whole process was so easy. I’m a super satisfied customer!

I have to see how my car gets returned fixed to me again they put in a defective water pump replaced that now there fixing my AC seems odd how it leaked out my evaporator and I never heard it his shutting it off like you do every other car when it's broken like that...I'm not happy at all 5750 dollars later my car better be perfect when returned to me and no other issues to just pop up later down the road.. I'm up to almost a Million views on here your Service department work will depend on my next review like I said I'm not happy the way this turned out and neither is my wallet..

Needed new tires and they gave me a very high estimate. I found 3 other places within the day that could do $400 cheaper with the same exact tires and included more perks. If I still had the pick up/drop off valet service active I may not have gone through the trouble of picking it back up and moving it, but they couldn't even offer that.

My Navigator was in the service department for 4-5 weeks to replace the timing chain system as well as the transmission. They initially tried to repair the transmission but eventually replaced it. They did work hard to resolve the problem and was communicative during the repair.

Worst car buying experience ever! They told me a car came with warranty, even sent me a picture of the paperwork stating it came with a warranty. I talked to the sales man , Jim, at length about the warranty during the test drive. We sit down to do the paperwork and as we are almost done the manager Jeremy comes over to let me know that someone had made a mistake and due to autonation corporate policy there would be no warranty since the car had some aftermarket parts. A classic bait and switch!!!!!!!!! My advice is stay away from this dealership as they were clearly not honest. They will say this was just a mistake. In that case they should have corrected their mistake by giving me the warranty. They will hide behind the corporate policy which is why I will NEVER buy a car from an Autonation owned store. Buyers - be aware.

I would suggest every one to run from this dealership. The signs were there the entire process but I went through with it. Not even 2 months later, the vehicle is now completely broken down. As driving 25 in a center lane usually does, my axle broke while driving. Luckily nobody was hurt. The car was immediately towed to Autonation. I was told that I have “gold protection” and certain things may be covered. They wouldn’t be able to know until they looked. I asked when that would be possible and could I be present. I was told it would be the next day and I could be present. While waiting for an Uber I decided to go back and get some more pictures of the vehicle. Much to my surprise, this vehicle was up in the air in their workshop with people looking at it! I walked back there and immediately, the previous employee and another mechanic came rushing up to me. I pulled out my camera and started taking pics and recording MY vehicle. I was then immediately told that the gold package wouldn’t cover the repairs and I need to call my insurance and leave the shop floor. I was not happy. I am now told that my gold coverage does not cover any of my repairs... after sneaking my car to the back to "look" at it without me? Not a problem (it is, but not enough time for here). I then asked for a courtesy vehicle and am told no! So I am wondering if I should tow the car elsewhere and pay someone else for the repairs or should I just leave the car there with them? The fact that the car bottomed out with no obstructions and video proof is worrying. Is the car safe after the repairs? Was it ever safe? Not all work is reported to car fax. What happened to customer service? Didn’t you just get 10k+ a month ago? Why should I pay you 3k more and get no courtesy vehicle while I let you repair it? Good thing my children weren’t in the car. They also charged me for new tags despite me telling them that I have tags to be transferred. That’s another 400 you bled out of me. Don’t trust them. Updating for response. I spoke to GM he made my wife cry and talked to me like I was worthless. Would not recommend to anyone at all. No human decency.

So, I have been searching for a new used car for the last several weeks. I had a 2017 VW Passat SE w/ Technology package which had a good market value. I was looking online first….usual suspects of Carvana and Vroom. So, i was in the market for a better version of my current vehicle and was leaning heavily on an Audi A4 Quattro. I came across one within CARFAX and it was located at the Autonation Lincoln dealership in Clearwater. I shoot them a message and right off the bat, very very good vibes. Alexandra was great and responsive online. She wasn’t pushy or trying to snag that sale. I told her my situation is a bit challenged, but I have a lot of equity with my current vehicle. She then put me in touch with Michael, who is the finance guy there, he threw some numbers and i was a bit apprehensive. I gave it a few hours and like i said, they were not being aggressive for a sale. I then say….just go there and do it. By the time I had arrived, I was greeted by Alexandra and she was very humble and nice. Michael then had another bank offer with a deal which was well worth my time and efforts. Needless to say, but this was the best experience i’ve had at any type of dealership. I would definitely go there again and highly recommend them. I had to get the oil change on my car. I went to the Lincoln AutoNation in Clearwater with out an appointment on a Saturday. Their was 2 service attendants Earl & Ed, both were great to work with. I was told I also needed my tires rotated . The whole process only took one hour from the time I arrived and left with my car. Will definitely go back for my next service.

While attending a concert in Tampa a week ago, I went to a restaurant in Clearwater & on my way home (2 hrs away) I drove pass AutoNation Lincoln & spotted a MKC auto!. By far the best experience I’ve had with a dealership and brand. We were going to get an Escalade until the salesman was a jerk. So we went shopping and fell in love with the Navigator. The salesmen and service providers are great to work with. Any times there’s been an issue with the car, they pick it up, leave a rental, fix it and wash it then deliver it back.

Jacob was simply awesome! He kept me informed every step of the way, no surprises. Answered ALL of my questions. I know that car rental is out of his control but was a real hassle! Never had an issue with getting a rental before. Both cars are covered by platinum premium coverage. Due to new rules and guidelines, seeing that we own fords and not Lincolns we can only get fords for rentals. When I needed to drop off my car for service, enterprise at the dealership had no fords available and was told that I would be notified if one would be available the next day. I then called enterprise later that afternoon to verify if a rental would be available and they told me yes. Made an appointment for the next day to drop off my vehicle. Dropped off car next day at 9am yet had to wait more than 2 hours for someone from enterprise to pick me up at the dealership to then bring me to the nearest enterprise to pick up my rental. Once i arrive at the enterprise rental facility, I then found out that the rental would NOT be fully covered and I was expected to pay the difference. They called the dealership and AutoNation took care of the difference. VERY disappointed of this NEW way of business, especially after being a loyal customer for 14 years! I know we all have busy lives but at the time of this transaction, I just lost my father a few days prior and really didn't need the extra stress, aggravation and waisted hours of my time when I could have been making funeral arrangements. I' m extremely satisfied with the professionalism and care that Jacob has ALWAYS shown my bride and I, especially in this instance when I need assistance the most . I made my appointment online and specified that I only wanted an oil change. It is a Lincoln lease and I will be turning it in soon. They received the car around 10:30 and an hr later I get a call saying I also need a tire rotation and alignment. I asked how much and the cost went up to 115.00. I told them no,it’s a lease I just want a oil and filter change. I never got a call indicating they were going to keep it overnight!! Really! For an oil change. Next morning I received a call saying they checked the car over and the filters were clogged, it needed a fuel induction service, alignment,A/C service and who knows what else. Now mind you, the car is a two year old Lincoln kept in the garage with only 13,000 miles on it. So I asked, how much will all of this cost me?? It was over $800 00!!! Also, they used synthetic oil without asking me, total cost of a simple oil change $119.00. Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy. Next time I’ll go to Jiffy lube

The first experience at Parks Lincoln was an absolute nightmare and horrible experience. This time at automation the experience was flawless. My navigator was taken care of and in a timely manner. The woman I spoke to on the phone when fixing a scheduling conflict was polite and helpful and our advisors always called and kept us up to date. Highly recommend.

I bought a Lincoln from the dealership in June along with the vehicle protection for “dings, knicks, scratches” because it was recommended. When I had an oil change last week, I asked the dealership to also fix my two small dings. They called to tell me they were bigger than a dime and wouldn’t be covered under the vehicle protective plan. I called the salesman on Tuesday when my car was at the dealership to say that is NOT how the plan was described to me. Mike C has still not returned my call. I’ve had no resolution. I do not recommend this dealership, there are too many other dealerships in the area that would appreciate your business and return calls

Had a scheduled maintenance service. When I picked up the vehicle the engine light was on. Took it back (a 1 our round trip) to be told they forgot to connect a vacuum line which they said is common. Also was advised to replace the rear brakes. The brakes are worse than before and clearly this service was not done or was not the problem. Does anyone road test the vehicle when the service is completed? I now have to take the vehicle somewhere else for revaluation and service.

I purchased my 2012 Nissan Xterra at the Lincoln auto nation on Gulf to Bay Blvd in Clearwater Florida and am very happy I did. From the very beginning of the process Traci made it very enjoyable answering all my questions and took me on a test drive that was longer then I had anticipated which allowed me to get a good feel for the vehicle. She then proceeded to make the paperwork a seamless process and made sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. While I came in with my own financing she still ran it through some other lenders to see if we could get a better rate. I was then handed off to Kristine to finalize the finances and start the loan process and she too was a complete professional answering all my questions in a very non pressure, relaxed and friendly manner that I have to say was very refreshing in comparison to other dealerships I have dealt with over the years. I have to also give kudos to Jason and mike for their friendly and supportive approach to let me know this is in fact a wonderful family owned business that is genuinely concerned about giving the customer a positive car buying experience. I am sure I will receive the same level of care and support for my vehicle as the years go by.

Had scheduled appointment at 1:00 P.M. for oil change/service. Arrived and was checked-in on time. Vehicle was taken to service dept. and I was instructed to wait in the lounge. Forty-five (45) minutes later had not heard anything, so went to check. The vehicle was parked in the service area with the "Top Hat" on and I assumed it was done. I talked to one of the service writers and suggested they bring the car up as I was ready to go. When checked on, turns out the car had not been touched. I was told it would be another 40 minutes. I had them return the car without the service and left the dealership. I bought that car there 21 years ago, and this is the first time I have had such a poor service experience

I noticed my tire was flat late Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I was able to get my car in Wednesday morning, no appointment was needed, they told me to bring it in when convenient. The tire was fixed in less than an hour and didn’t impact my holiday.

I ordered a recall part from this company several months ago. Now maybe the SCAMDEMIC has something to do with the delay but I gave them my VIN number they needed to order the part. They ordered it, several months passed, they got the part in but never called me, and meanwhile the part I needed is sitting there, while I'm driving around in a dangerous vehicle with an airbag recall. Then I finally get ahold of them and it turns out they have the part but never called me to make an appt to get it installed. If I had never called, would they have never installed the part? I had my car towed for service and they tried to get me to purchase a serpentine belt and pcm. I had it towed from autonation Lincoln to parks Lincoln in Tampa and parks Lincoln repaired my car and said it did not need a pcm and did not need a serpentine belt. At 5600 miles and almost one year since the purchase of my MKZ-Hybrid, went in to have the free 10k mile oil change. The dealership then wanted to sell other things I did not want, including "interior sanitizing". No pressure, but they were not happy. Asked them to do clean the car, and all I got was a very quick vacuuming of the front floor area. When I got the car back, I noticed the sticker placed on the windshield had the following: "Last Serviced on 3/14/21 mile: 13269". This implies the car was "SERVICED" already in the future???? Not completely satisfied.

He is very patient and knowledgeable in all the millions of functions this beautiful vehicle has. My last car was 12 years old then I looked for two years to find this one. Our salesperson was Michael Tillman. I filled out an online form showing interest in a 2020 Navigator. He called me within a day of my posting. He invited us to come see the 2019 and explained the Black Label feature and the wonderful features of the Navigator. We chose a Navigator after reading online reviews as the best SUV on the road. People might think us a little nutty for spending so much time and effort in finding a new car that would meet our needs especially in that our primary requirement in a new car is comfort for both the driver and front seat passenger. Over the past 2 to 3 m onths, we have visited EVERY new vehicle being shown in our and adjacent county. Worst buying experience ever! I did the finance app online to save time (which my credit was ran of course) when I arrived they had me do the app again because they couldn't find it (credit ran again). Once I declined their offer and left they called 5 minutes later with a better offer to which I accepted. Everything after this went down hill, Bob (general manager) called me cussed at me and made demands (this was my first time speaking with him). 2 different people told me I had 30 days to get insurance on the car. That is until the lien holder said they wouldn't get their money then I became their problem.

I arrived to being ignored for quit a while. Then I found we had a to-follow appointment which I did not know. I had a therapy appointment for my daughter in about 3 hours. I waited and had my husband call for a cab for her appointment. I then was told the car was ready but needed brakes and air filters and other things. I had them do the quick things reminding them of the therapy appointment. Then I waited for a long time. I finally went outside because I was so cold. Then I found my car sitting there like it was done. I checked and it was done but he had not contacted me. I checked out ad then hurried to pick up my daughter after therapy. When I got to St. Anthony's, I tried the new FOB. It didn't work. Too many things went wrong. Life is hard enough without that kind of experience. Thank you.

Horrible communication. I brought my truck here years ago for an insurance claim and they did a great job in a timely manner. This time they cost me rental money and now I have a remote start issue and key fob not locking and unlocking my doors problems. The body shop and service center keep putting the blame on each other and now I have to pay someone else to fix their mistake. For days someone was supposed to call me and no one could agree who that was supposed to be, so no one called me. I'm definitely not bringing any vehicles here ever again and wouldn't recommend anyone else do it either. There are too many communication and incompetence issues to deal with at this shop when there are many other lower cost higher quality options. PS: They basically only repaired a bumper in over a week (almost two weeks) and left a bunch of garbage in my truck. I also just noticed a freshly raised scratch on the side of my truck. They likely won't take responsibility for it, so I won't bother.

I am a repeat customer and that says more about the dealership than the brand. None of the usual nonsense like keeping the keys of your trade-in after inspection. Management offers were quite decent compared to other dealerships who like to see if they can make a fortune off of you first. Very straightforward and friendly. Many of the sales and service staff have been here for decades.

I had my car serviced for the 15,000 mile check, and my service advisor, Andrew Zimmerman, could not have provided a better or easier experience. They picked up my car at my home , gave me a comparable loaner and brought it back a few hours later. I would highly recommend this dealership !

It was smooth sailing from the first phone call. The guy that took my all sold me the car he called me he texted he was on the ball He had been in the car business for for then 30 years and made buying a used car a-pleasurable experience . That’s not the norm. I called one morning about a 7 year old used car 1000 miles away,I bought the car and this group made it worth the trip .cream of the crop used Lexus and other fine cars knowable staff is an understatement. Between the salesman and the finance manager 50 years in the business that’s saying something I have bought a few cars a few dozen cars this group is top shelf highly recommend good products fair price no frills no games

We were interested in purchasing a Lincoln MKC. We had done our homework and found that AutoNation in Clearwater had a variety of MKC's on the dealers lot. I wanted to see different exterior choices and I knew ahead of time what additional packages I wanted. The Sales Rep, Robert, took us straight to the car we asked to test drive to include the packages we requested. Once we agreed on the car, the sales manager, Mike, did a phenomenal job finding rebates to help reduce the overall cost of the car. Of course, I don't think anyone ever feels great about the value of their trade-in, but overall we were more than satisfied with the out the door price of our new Lincoln MKC.

The AutoNation Lincoln Continental at Clearwater, Florida has been one of the best, if not the best experience when purchasing for my wife the 2019 Lincoln Continental Blue Label. The General Manager, the Sales Associate, the Service Manager, and the store personnel are all unique. In simple words, a truly professional dedicated Staff. They really went out of their way to have the car available as I wanted it for Mothers Day. They parked the car in the showroom with a huge red ribbon, and my spouse was delighted. It was priceless, and with this kind of devoted dealership there is no doubt that the Lincoln?s once again is the most prestigious and trustworthy American automobile in the market.

We have had our Lincoln MKX and previous MKZ serviced at this dealership for several years. Everyone we have dealt with from Rich (the valet driver who picked up and delivered our car) to Drew Zimmermann who supervised the service of our vehicle was professional, courteous and effective. We really appreciate the valet service as we live in Gulfport which is not that close to the dealership. Our main issue with our car has been electronic malfunctions which appear to be very difficult to replicate and diagnose but the dealership has taken the time to try to track it down.

Had a wonderful experience with AutoNation. Had to return our current lease on our 2016 MKZ. We wanted to lease another Lincoln but wasn’t sure we could afford the lease. Told our salesman, Michael Tillman what we could afford and with the cooperation of Mike Carmody, the general manager we were able to work out a deal. We were able to lease a 2019 MKC. When we picked up our new Lincoln, Mike Tillman spent a lot of time with us to explain all the new features of our car. He set up the Lincoln Way app on my phone. This was our third Lincoln lease, and we couldn’t ask for anything more. A truly great experience. I have recommended Lincoln AutoNation to everyone.

Sales Assoc Mark Cabon special ordered my new Milan in 08, ALC is the only place that services my car. Celso Millan took care of my 90K tuneup on 3/30/19 and as usual did a fantastic job. The techs took care of the recalled airbag, tuneup and flushed and replaced brakes/rotors. Sales assoc. Jack Hudson took me test drive in new MKZ to pass the time and later I took an MKZ for the day as a loaner. I commend Autonation and the owner for keeping such a great group of people there. Celso, George and Ed are familier faces and I trust their advice. Even though I'm 37 miles away I will keep coming here and I will buy my next car (MKZ) from them.😎

I love this service department. My service advisor Celso always makes sure everything is checked out and always listens to my concerns when I check in. George Brown has a fantastic crew of experienced techs who take excellent care of my car and it is in A++++++++ shape when they are finished. This is a good Dealership, warm and friendly. I personnally had a problem with my trans. When the estimate for repairs came in high, and it was suggested I buy a very expensive extended warranty not to mention open a credit card to help me pay the total, I felt hustled. Still had to pay for diagnosis... couldn't afford to have it repaired there..That's just me, I still recommend the place.

Several of the statements varied but always ended with Bob G was a straight shooter. After my latest purchase of a new 2018 Lincoln MKX, Little ICE, I’m here to tell you Bob G is not only a General Manager, but a true car guy and he will get the deal done. If it’s possible he will work his crew every way possible. You may not like everything he tells you but he’s truly a straight shooter. Bob went the extra mile to get me the deal I wanted and how I wanted it done! From the sales manager, Mike to the rest of the crew they really are passionate and care about you and your deal. If you are looking for a Truly Awesome ride and these new Lincoln’s are just that awesome.
